Fervid Productions provides creative marketing services including but not limited to digital marketing, social media management, video production, photography, branding, and related creative services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing intellectual property and working files remain our property unless explicitly transferred.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of our services or deliverables.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
